During my stay at the hotel, I found the location to be a bit sketchy but convenient for accessing wine country and the mall. The service from the staff was excellent and professional, but I was taken aback by a rude encounter in the elevator. The dining experience was limited with just some fruit and coffee available, disappointing for a morning meal.

My stay at the hotel had some highs and lows. The location was convenient with nearby shops and restaurants, but the noise from the freeway kept me up all night. The rooms were not well-maintained and had a strong cigarette smell, despite having a kitchen which we tried to overlook in the hope of a better room.
